The 21st century has taught us so many things, yet almost every child of this century grows up with the common impression that after he/she graduates from all required academic institutions, he/she will get a high income job and live happily ever after.

But this is simply a falsehood.

This was the formula used back in the 50's during the industrial age, almost everything has changed now, the age of that impression is  long gone.

People fail to realize that we're in the AI (artificial intelligence) age and the job market is drastically reducing daily.

Most companies now replace the human labor force with automations which obviously cost them less than that of the human labor force.

In essence, children should be consistently informed about this new change, rather than to be impacted with a falsehood that could lead them astray.

The teacher/tutors most times fail to realize this nonetheless, fail too in impacting the knowledge of this falsehood to their students, which is wrong.

Cadevaa therefore, advises young people to put into consideration, self establishment, entrepreneurship, freelancing, etc as related to their various career paths.
For this could be a long lasting solution to this challenge.

Success is not determined by age, you're never too young fail
